After graduating from Texas A & M University with dual degrees, I graduated from the University of Houston Law Center (cum laude) in 1993. After brief stints as an asssociate attorney in Houston, and at an insurance defense firm in Austin, I switched sides in 1995. Since then, I have proudly and diligently represented hundreds of injured workers through the complex Texas Worker's Compensation system. I am also proud to have successfully first chaired trials for victims of negligence and gained many substantial settlements for victims of car wrecks, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, and many other injuries. Whether you were hurt on the job, or somewhere else, please give me a call for a free consultation.

Far Exceeded Expectations!
I was sent to Adam Ward by the Lawyer's Referral Service for my Personal Injury Case and help dealing with my insurance company. I left a message on a Friday afternoon and received a call back ON THE WEEKEND, on Sunday afternoon, and had an appointment Monday morning. As my case has some diff...

A++++++++
For those that have been victims of workman's compensation, know how hard it is to get justice. Very professional Attorney! Adam Ward stuck with me through all the difficult times during my case! I know I can call or email him when I have questions! This is very important to me! When I hear of so...

Winning atterney!
Adam Ward is a brilliant atterney. I have used him many times due to the crazy drivers in Austin, and he has always done well by me. I have recommended him to both family and friends and he has done a great job for them, also. And Lorrie, his paralegal, is awesome! She knows what to do in all situati...

I call him Superman
When Mr. Ward was first introduced to our life my wife and I were in a state of confusion, and in particular, I was only recently out of an extensive hospital stay. Shortly thereafter we began to realize that we had not only found a capable lawyer, that we had actually found one of the better ones. I...
"Mr. Ward is a highly intelligent and very capable lawyer dedicated to his client's case. He achieves great results thru successful relationship-building, advocacy and determination while not compromising the ethical standards of our legal community. Though our clients have opposing views, Adam remains "above the fray" and refuses to let personal feelings sway his legal thought, strategy or tactics. He is a gentleman. He is effective. And he will help his clients achieve their legal objectives."
"Adam has done an excellent and professional job in handling all of my clients personal injury cases."
"As an Austin attorney myself, I know Adam and highly recommend him as a Workers Compensation and Personal Injury attorney. Adam is tough, hard working and does what he says he will do. These are all attributes almost any client desires and you will not be disappointed with Adam. He has great depth of experience and an excellent reputation in the legal community for his abilities as a lawyer as well as someone who gives back to the community through his community involvement and care for others."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known and worked with Adam since law school. During law school, he demonstrated a superior legal mind, as well as the hard work and tenacity necessary to become a success. He showed a great understanding of the law and an ability to excel. After law school, he has continued to demonstrate a high level of legal skill and acumen. His clients receive the highest level of service and care, and his success is a testament to his abilities. I would not hesitate to entrust him to represent me or my family in any legal matter, regardless of how large or complex. As part of my job, I have worked with and employed literally hundreds of lawyers throughout the country, and I consider him to be among the very best. I endorse him without hesitation."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have worked on cases where this attorney was opposing counsel. I have found him to be a zealous, sharp advocate who always has his client's best interests in mind."
"I wholeheartedly endorse Mr. Ward. He has a thorough understanding of the very technical and complicated field of workers' compensation law and a deep commitment to the injured workers he represents. He does this difficult work for all the right reasons, and he gets results."
"I worked with Adam on a complex multi-jurisdictional case involving catastrophic injuries. The insurance company denied all liability and wouldn't pay a dime. Adam was efficient, effective, and tenacious. He did an excellent job explaining all of the issues and proceedings to the client and his family. Not only did Adam get seven figure compensation for the client, he obtained additional compensation because of the insurance company's wrongful denial of the claim. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adam to any clients or hire him myself if I were injured."
