After more than two decades as an attorney, most of them serving as Assistant General Counsel at a large Texas non-profit association, I decided to open my own firm so that I could provide very affordable assistance to small businesses and non-profits. I specialize in basic corporate and business issues, human resource support and non-profit law. 

I'm passionate about creating contracts in Plain English that clearly reflect the deal at hand. I've helped clients understand how to successfully navigate contracts on their own so that they are less intimidated by basic contracts and more self-sufficient when it comes to protecting their business.

As an accredited human resources professional (PHR), I'm able to fully support businesses with HR administrative issues. My passion for clear, concise language extends to employee handbooks and policies.
