I grew up in Austin, and giving back to the community is a big deal to me.  I currently serve as the Treasurer for the Travis County Women Lawyer's Foundationtion, Secretary of The Solo Small Firm Section of The Austin Bar Association, and board member on the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the Austin Bar Association.  I am a Supervising Attorney for the UT OUTlaw Wills Clinic.  In the past I have also been the President and Treasurer of the Travis County Women Lawyers' Associationlegal, advising board member on the AGLCC and AGLPF and Vice President of my homeowner's association.  In addition, I accept ad litem appointments from the Travis County Probate Court.

I found Tracy through Avvo. She was so kind and thorough helping my father and I through the living will, MOA, and POA process. I had no previous experience with lawyers; she has set the bar high for other lawyers, that's for sure!

I have worked with many attorneys, across a range of different legal disciplines. My experience has definitely varied. Tracy has proven the very best attorney with whom to work. I enlisted Tracy's help on estate planning. My situation included will, trust, inheritance trusts, and a special needs trust. Tracy's legal advice was rock-solid, she was patient with my many questions, able to communicate, responsive, organized, and reasonably-priced. These are precisely the attributes I seek in an attorney. I plan on continuing to enlist her services. I recommend her highly.

Personable, flexible and responsive
I enlisted Tracy's services to help me form a PLLC for a private psychotherapy practice and it is one of the best choices I have made for my business! Tracy took the time to walk me through the process in advance and thoroughly explained the benefits of this type of business formation. She worked with me over several weeks to ensure that the operating agreements for the practice accurately reflected my unique situation and then provided me with a wonderfully organized and efficient binder with all the business formation documents and in which to consolidate all of my current and future legal documentation pertaining to the business. Additionally, she was very affordable and was willing and able to work out a payment plan with me to make this process "do-able" financially.

PHENOMENAL ATTORNEY
My husband and I have worked with many attorneys over the years - whether for business or personal. Tracy Kasparek absolutely tops the list for "Best Attorney to Work With". She is very knowledgeable, diligent, extremely proactive and provides a service unlike any other attorney with whom we've worked. There are never any unanswered questions with Tracy, no "surprise" invoices and there is always a sense of comfort with any interaction with her. We cannot recommend Tracy Kasparek highly enough as an attorney that you must have on your team!

Unexpected tax hit after husband passing
In 2012 my husband and I contacted Tracy to help us prepare a living will and overall estate plan. I will say that she was very professional and courteous, and her prices were quite fair. My husband has been in oil and gas his whole life and we were specifically concerned about putting money away so that I would be okay and our disabled oldest daughter would be okay. In general she did a good job and was easy to work with. My husband passed in early 2021 and my son worked with Tracy to probate the estate. When we involved our tax specialist there was a 7 figure tax bill that was completely unexpected! It felt like she didn't do her homework or involve the right tax specialist. We've been blessed to have more than we need but I am upset that she didn't do this properly when my husband was around to help.

I did not have a probate client or represent an Estate in 2021 that had a 7 figure tax bill.
