Franklin Scott Spears Jr.

Mr. Spears represented me for a very messy, ugly, and drawn out seperation/child custody dispute. He was very honest and up front of his perception of the case and my chances of custody. He gave invaluable advice and reccomendations that proved to be the difference between me recieving primary cus...tody or just visitations with my children. Mr. Spears always made clear his fees and charges for representation and kept me up to date with monthly statements clearly itemized with time spent on my case.He always made the most efficent use of our time together and never "racked up hours". Mr. Spears seems well connected and very well liked when at the courthouse, in hearings, and interacting with judicicial staff.He is a very experienced, methodical, and articulate litigator. Communication was always open with phone calls and emails being returned in a very timely manner. I could go on and on of what a great attorney he is but to to simplify it : When you need an attorney ecspecially in cases of child custody, you don't want to take a chance with a sub par clock watcher who never takes a genuine interest in the well being of your children. Mr Spears is the most persuasive, assertive, competent, and one of the most genuinely decent men I have ever met. I would and do reccomend him to all my family and friends and would most certainly retain his services again in the future without question.
