Timothy Daniel is a caring Senior Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm. Based in our Austin, Texas office, he is prepared to represent clients throughout Travis County and surrounding areas.
Timothy attended Texas Wesleyan School of Law, now known as Texas A&M School of Law, in Fort Worth, TX where he earned his Juris Doctor in May of 2005. In his time at law school, he was a member of both the Moot Court Honors Society and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. He also had four law-related internships during this time. Prior to law school, Timothy completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration at the University of Texas at Arlington in August of 2000. During his undergraduate experience, he was in the top 6% of his class and a member of three honors societies.
Prior to joining the Austin, Texas divorce and family lawyers at Stange Law Firm, Timothy most recently served as an attorney for a busy family law firm focusing on high asset divorces in Austin. In this role, he managed several kinds of family law matters and strengthened his ability to settle high-conflict cases. Before this role, Timothy worked as an attorney for another family law firm based in Round Rock, TX that focused on contested divorces and custody battles. Earlier in his career, Timothy served as an attorney for two Texas-based general practice law firms, as well as his own consumer debt law practice in Santa Fe, NM, where he gained a solid foundation in legal practices. Throughout his experiences, Timothy has communicated compassionately with clients, and he is ready to assist you with your divorce or family law matter.
