I hired Black Law Firm last month to deal with an employee who was threatening a lawsuit for discrimination on some bogus claims. He understood the value of my business's name and reputation and worked with us to take care of the employee. I didn't have to pay some secretive settlement or anything fi...shy at all. He just explained to the employee and his lawyer (SUPER calmly and professionally) that he didn't have a case and BOOM the other lawyer agreed and dropped the whole thing.

Devin is great! He made our employee contracts years ago for our IT firm and it's been pretty smooth sailing for years with our employees because of it. We also have him on retainer so we can call whenever we have a even a small question. He is very responsive and usually picks up or texts right away... with when he's available. We recently caught an employee trying to leave the company and take some of our clients with them. Devin shut them down hard and fast! I was getting sued for not paying my employees overtime. I thought I was allowed to pay them salary and I was wrong. This angry ex-employee showed up and started demanding all sorts of crazy stuff and was going to turn us into the board and the FDA and who knows who else. I called Devin and he took c...are of it from there. He talked me through the entire process and really helped give me some perspective what was happening and that it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. Devin even talked to my wife and son, who help with the business, and made them comfortable with what was going on. This could have been really stressful but he really helped us make the best of it. We had two cases. One we knew we were going to lose (overtime) and another for something else which we won. Hire this guy! He's great!

Devin defended us in a federal and state employment dispute that could have costs up mid-six-figures. He was clear that it would not be a fast process but that he'd give us the best defense possible.
