nope, you sure can't. you need two waivers and the provisional waiver is only for unlawful presence

you need to look up the criteria for tps parole. and find an attorney who does this on a regular basis in chicago

no mam, i don't believe so. look online for the definitive answer, you must be a citizen or an lpr. maybe you can get a refund.
