the cocaine conviction makes him permanenntly excludable. sorry, the coke case has to be set aside for constitutional reasons.

yes, it is if the H1 nursing position requires a full four year degree and not the normal two years for nurses.

the only way that an I-130 can be expeideted is through a congressional inquiry where they will call the service center and have someone track down...
