probably a couple of months. the waiver will take up to two years. send your spouse in the states to adan vega or bruce coane for competent legal...

in certain circumstances you can convert your visa to either an L1 or an E1 or E-2. in the houston area, i recommend Bruce Coane or Adan Vega....
