What should I expect ?

Start by having a confidential conversation with your attorney that is the person who knows all the facts as well as the position of the prosecution.

You can inform the bondsman if you know who that may be or you can tell the DA's office - the particular prosecutor who is handling the case.

Can i get a 1244 ?

Case has to be a state jail felony to qualify. Yours is not.

Are you considered a predicate felony if you have a class e felony & a class b felony?

Based on what you post - you would be considered a predicate felon.

About crimes report?

Local crime statistics should be available to you from your local precinct. You can probably ask your local city council representative as well.
