I'd like to start by saying that the Carlson Law Firm in general and Cassandra Charles specifically, are by far the most compassionate professionals that I've ever been associated with. After being severely injured in a slip-and-fall incident several months ago, not only was I physically hurt but wa...s also concerned about my future. Given the nature of my accident, I elected to seek legal counsel to determine what rights/remedies/options I had – and I couldn't be more thankful for how Carlson has advised me. Immediately upon speaking with Heidi, attorney Cassandra Charles' legal assistant, I was confident in my decision to move forward with them per their vast experience in personal injury law. During the initial phases of my recovery, I primarily worked with Heidi who was always pleasant, knowledgeable, and empathic. Whenever I had a question – which was often – she cheerfully responded without the slightest hint of annoyance or impatience. Cassandra Charles, Heidi Bordelon, and the entire Carlson Law Firm are experts in seeing that average citizens are not unduly harmed without adequate restitution. In regards to my case, I wasn't sure as to what may or may not be possible but after my first call with Heidi, I had a much better grasp of the process. Cassandra, still up until now fighting for me and doing her best to get the settlement that I deserve. I thank God for putting these two ladies in my life to help me overcome this difficult time. They are excellent at their jobs and your satisfaction is guaranteed.
