Very Disrespectful and Inconciderate Jerk

I went to consult with Mr. Dario Bargas in regards to my child custody case. And right from the start he made me feel worthless. And as if I didn't deserve my son as well as made me feel horrible for having more than one child's father ( 2 separate long term relationships. One being 7 years and the o...ther 10). Stated "well the judge doesn't just give the father custody".. (I'm fully aware!).. Dario said such and made me feel like such without so much as 3 minutes of even hearing my side of the story! Just to try to tell me what a headache my case was going to be and so forth and so before even hearing my case, made clear that he was going to need at least a $10k retainer. But I was look at a $50k case easily and how that was a great deal being as of how he's had clients with $200k cases. I drove from Waco to Austin to see him after reading his "good reviews" on his website. What a waste! Now after going back, I've noticed that all are his editing. That the public can't go post these reviews to his website themselves! And are all signed with initials.. no real names! Yet further searches afterwards, I find only poor and negative reviews. All in which I would completely agree with now after having had met the guy. My ex saught custody of our son only after I wouldn't waive his 7grand in arrears owed in child support. At the time I was in the process of moving. He took full advantage of that and my staying with a friend in her tiny place for a mere few weeks at the time and miraculously pulled off gaining temporary custody of our son after lieing and he and his lawyer manipulating the judge into seeing me as not having a stable home (I was literally back in my own place less than a week from this ruling). I couldn't afford a lawyer at the time of the hearing after consulting with a few and learning their costs. So I represented myself unaware that I could ask for more time. None of my proof or evidence of his lies and or my true situation was allowed to be presented thanks to his lawyer which I quickly learned is where I messed up by not having had hired my own lawyer. All though I had everything to prove myself and was confident I had nothing to worry about, my proof was never seen by the judge. I was completely unaware that it had to have first been delivered to and filed with his lawyer prior to the hearing so that they could work up their defense. Note: I had 3 days till the hearing from the date of my unexpected citation being served. But to the point here, Mr. Bargas appeared very arrogant and cocky and was quick and sure to make me feel hopeless and unworthy. I would never recommend him!! Ever!! After getting back to Waco I consulted with another lawyer, Brent Sakora with the Law Offices of Ed Laughlin. He was absolutely amazing!!!! Definitely gave me hope and actually thanked me for my having all my proof together! Said it was going to save me Big time in fees since I saved him most of the leg work and it was less for him to do and therefore made his job that much easier! And the best part!? I was offered a $3,500 retainer in which he was also willing to work with me on in installments if needed. However, prior to our hearing date but still just such a relief on my end! Still more than I was hoping to pay as a retainer but much much more afforadable and reasonable!! I'd still choose him over a free lawyer any day rather I could afford to do so or not! Definitely worth it to me! I definitely left his office feeling confident, with hope and much much closer to feeling at peace! That alone just made me feel so good and like he was the one for my case. Save your time and trip and avoid Mr. D. Bargas at all expenses! Trust me!
