Ashley Renee Presson

Ashley Presson is an associate in the Austin office of Hawkins Parnell Thackston & Young LLP. Ashley focuses her practice on product and premises liability and toxic tort litigation. She has defended aluminum, joint compound, drywall, boiler, and motor manufacturers as well as industrial premises owners. Her experience in high risk litigation includes pretrial preparation, dispositive motion practice, and developing fact and expert witness testimony into a compelling and persuasive story for jurors. She has also facilitated several complex site inspections in connection with her defense of toxic tort lawsuits. Ashley strives to devise innovative and cost-effective litigation strategies to obtain positive results and provide value to her clients. Drawing on her experience as a former briefing attorney for Justice Paul W. Green at the Supreme Court of Texas, Ashley also drafts appellate briefs and assists with preservation of error at the trial level to ensure her clients’ right to appeal.
