Wade H. Russell

I heartily recommend Wade. My son couldn't have asked for better representation. For those in legal trouble and suffering from a disability, I think you will find Wade to be both compassionate and capable. My son has a mental illness and Wade was able to arrange for my son to get the psychiatric help... he needed before appearing in court. Once my son stabilized, Wade worked out an arrangement for my son to meet legal conditions and report to court monthly. Once my son completed the requirements and made restitution, the charges were dismissed. Yet without Wade's help in getting my son the psychiatric help he needed and providing a framework for fulfilling legal conditions, I believe my son could very well still be incarcerated and mentally unstable. We were very lucky to have Wade as a lawyer.

Mr. Russell was such a blessing to me through my "journey" with my criminal cases. I never doubted that I didn't have someone on my side. He really cared about not only about my criminal situation and my mental health status. He would come in person to talk about my cases, which most go without ev...er getting a visit, and having no idea what is going on, which is extremely stressful. He had so much knowledge about the laws AND knows ins and outs about how the DA works. He had my case completely dismissed, and it was a REALLY big case. The person I was with is in federal prison, and my case was dismissed. I would NEVER recommend or hire any other attorney. One who truly cares.
