Trinh Warner (Lt Col, Retired) is a resilient trailblazer whose journey began as a Vietnamese refugee finding her footing in New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Fresno in 1992, followed by her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in the events of 9/11, Trinh served as a dedicated public defender in Maricopa and Yuma Counties, Arizona, fighting for justice on behalf of the underserved. In 2002, she answered the call to serve her country once more, enlisting in the U.S. Air Force as an Aeromedical Technician and Medic before commissioning as an Officer in the Air Force Judge Advocate (JAG) Corps. Over the next 17 years, she distinguished herself as a JAG officer, culminating in retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel. In 2013, she further honed her expertise by earning a Master’s Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University, the U.S. Air and Space Force’s premier center for professional military education. With more than 25 years of legal experience, Trinh specializes in civil matters, family law, public service labor and employment, military law, and Veteran disability claims. Her unique blend of civilian defense work, enlisted service, and senior JAG leadership gives her unparalleled insight into the challenges faced by military families, veterans, and service members. After retiring from active duty, Trinh continued her commitment to service by volunteering as an Air Force Junior ROTC instructor, where she educated and mentored high school cadets in citizenship, life skills, community service, responsibility, character, leadership, and self-discipline. Trinh describes herself as an attorney, advisor, consultant, problem solver, difference maker, and game changer. She views family law as her true calling, because it allows her to make a profound, positive impact on people’s lives, especially children. She brings the same compassion and tenacity to all her practice areas, always prioritizing the best interests of her clients. A devoted mother to two remarkable young men—one pursuing a Master’s degree in college and the other thriving in middle school—Trinh balances her professional passion with deep family values. Whether guiding families through difficult transitions, advocating for veterans’ rights, or resolving complex military-related matters, Trinh Warner delivers experienced, empathetic, and results-driven representation that truly changes lives.

She acts like she’s genuine and cares for you and your family’s safety and concerns. However, she has fail...

I explained that coming up with a retainer would be difficult, and she assured me that money wouldn’t be the reason she wouldn’t take my case. She said we'd work together and move forward. Based on tha...

I would run…
If I had all the time in the world I would tell you everything she’s done to me but to put it in a nutshell, Ms. Warner lied to me numerous times and even threatened me that my children would go into the foster care system when I knew that was the furthest thing from the truth. My case was a conteste...
