Omg I cant even explain how I feel after speaking with Ms. Taylor. She gave me such peace and made my heart feel so warm. I've been dealing with so much pressure and was completely at a dead end with my finances. I wanted to hug Ms. Taylor through the phone for being so professional and personal with... me. We visited Susan for our “free” consultation visit and initially placed a $2,000 down payment. Later on the same day, we realized that we can’t wait 6-8 months until our case is discharged so I asked her for my money back. She only gave me half of it but refused to give me the rest. Her email said “i...t will take 90 days to close your case then we will send you a refund”....What case?? She never represented us. We never gave her our paperwork after the first visit. She had the NERVE to accuse me of not telling them we were deaf. I called them several times before the first visit using Sorensen VP Relay. That is a big “WE ARE DEAF” flag. She said that she has to charge me for the FREE consultation visit even though it is advertised on her website that it is FREE. During our visit, she answered a lot of phone calls, emails, let people walk in during our visit, etc...so it’s not like she gave us her undivided attention. So what excuse does she have to keep my remaining $1,000? NOTHING.

I met Susan trying to apply for bankruptcy for my second time. I’ve been struggling lately and just couldn’t keep up with my payments and that’s when I decided enough was enough. I found Susan online and read such great reviews about her and decided to give it a try. At her office Susan pointed out s...ome things that would prevent me from applying for bankruptcy such as the fact that I was behind on my car payments. I was disappointed and felt like giving up but Susan wasn’t. She kept looking for different solutions and ways to get out of my hole.
