Stefanie Collins

Stephanie Collins obviously has other issues. She is most obviously a Texan. And has the same lack of values other Texans have. I've had a bad experience with Stephanie Collins. She betrayed me and took my money. As a disabled, handicap, senior citizen and widow. Who happens to be transgendered. D...ue to a birth defect. And I guess she doesn't like our types either. She is unworthy to be called an LGBTQ + attorney. I do not recommend her. She has some kind of lesbian issues. And she should not be practicing law. She robbed me. And wouldn't follow through. She's just another Texan. Out to get your money.

A few years back- I found myself into a little trouble. (Misdemeanor- Criminal Mischief- Class B) I've never dealt with an Attorney- nor did I have the money to hire one. So- I ran away from the situation; blocking it from my thoughts; assuming, it would never catch up with me. Years Later- it nev...er did (I was lucky)- but, NOR did I need it to... Because at this point in my life... I'm now happy. I'm happily married; receiving medical treatment from the VA; purchased a beautiful new home; attend and volunteer at one of my local churches; etc... I did NOT need anything 'coming up'- and ruining my happiness. Because- the devil comes to steal, kill, and destroy! I refused to live 'scared'- wondering WHEN will my past 'legal issues' come back to haunt me... Afraid to get pulled over. And- afraid for a warrant--- that wouldn't be there- if I'd just GO AHEAD and take care of it. My Husband encouraged me to seek out an attorney- to deal with my matter... So- I asked around. I heard about- Stefanie Collins. And decided to contact her. I told her my situation; and she decided that she could represent me. Not only is she AFFORDABLE... but- she will actually fight for you. I don't even live in Austin, TX (anymore). And, she took care of everything for me; and I've never had to go to court... *** Today's Update *** I've learned- my case will be dismissed. (After a small fee- I'm sure for the damage I've caused)--- but, I don't care! :) I'll be WORRY & GUILT -free! Now- my mind is at peace... Stephanie is just amazing, she was patient, honest, straight forward, and overall amazing. She cared and listened to my story. I was charged with a felony drug possession, which was eventually completely dismissed because of Stephanie's hard work and dedication to my case. She is highly recommended, ...easy to contact, and honest about results. She never promised anything close to the results I got!

Stefanie worked long and hard for me! If I did not like what the prosecutor was pushing for she did not try to talk me into any deal. She was my Court Appointed Attorney yet she never made me feel like I was to much trouble! I was arrested for a DWI, however I was not convicted of a DWI! Stefanie nev...er stopped helping me and pushing for better options! I am really glad that day in court when the Judge asked who would take my case- Stefanie boldly stepped up! She is spunky!
