do not hire
do not hire Richard. he signed agreements against my wishes. showed up late for court and forgot all the facts about my case. he does not actually care about the quality of his work and made many mistakes. worst lawyer I have ever had to hire. I have no idea how he still is able to practice.

Mr. Laird is a very good lawyer and follows-up ASAP. Although he is very busy which most good lawyers are, he takes the time to go over your case. Worst Lawyer I've ever hired. Waste of money and time.
Mr. Laird is the rudest, most arrogant, incompetent lawyer I have ever met. I regret ever hiring him. He was extremely difficult to work with and a waste of time and money. I would never recommend hiring him to anyone. I cannot believe he is in business. So very disappointed with this Attorney....
