No. The district attorney can choose whether or not to believe the affidavits of non prosecution. It is up to the jury to decide what to believe.

You can't take of this without being booked. A walkthrough is the best idea. If you get a dismissal then you can get the records expunged later.

You get that many tickets and you're going to have a problem getting a CDL. The better idea is to try to work arrangements with the courts.
