RUN

Save your money, time, and actually have hope of winning your case. This attorney doesn't care about his clients or their cases, you are just a paycheck and he will squeeze you for every bit while providing nearly nothing. He sells you on false hope to get you to keep investing until you realize you...'ve paid tens of thousands and have nothing to show for you. You're gonna prepare your own documentation, beg for him to file suites, and be met with inaction and unprepared representation.

BEST Lawyer

I originally hired Ray in 2011 to help me with my custody case. I was a brand new mom so I was emotional and tired. Ray was compassionate, understanding and patient. He explained things that were happening every step of the way. I was never caught by surprise or unaware of what was going on. Aft...er 2 years of an ongoing custody case mine turned into a termination with my new husband adopting. Ray was extremely prepared for all hearings, meetings, settlement conferences and knew my case. He was knowledgeable in all aspects of family law and the local rules. I felt confident with him representing me. Since this was a very long and time consuming case you would expect my bill to be enormous, it was not. Ray worked with me and wrote off a lot. I would NEVER trust another lawyer to handle anything for me in the future. I refer Ray to anyone finding themselves needing a lawyer.

Destroyed my easy win case

I was recommended Ray M. Through a friend first there was no agreement. I paid him cash and he tore off a piece of paper and wrote the amount paid and signed it for my agreement/ receipt. (I had no idea how attorneys worked at this time) Then when i would call about my case he would speak to my frien...ds about it...but never me. Which they shouldnt even be allowed info on MY case. Which ran up my bill...then he removed my protective order without consulting with me... Then he sends his partener to my hearing one time who knew NOTHING about my case...i ended up looking stupid....the list goes on...but basically i ended up having to hire another attorney for my case and to fix all of Ray M. Mistakes....worse decision i could have made was hiring Ray Molenar.

Do not use Ray as your lawyer

Ray handled some issues with my divorce that came up when my ex wanted to renegotiate aspects of our agreement. Unfortunately, a few years later clauses that he wrote later ended up being deemed unenforceable due to his vague and non-legal wording. The result was that my ex got all of her requested i...tems and none of my side of the trade were enforceable, so got nothing. Financially this was a significant loss. Now in 2016, after all the kids are over 18 another issues has come up related to early graduation. Ray seems to not understand the statutes or be able to have any sway with the AG. This is causing me to have to return to court once again due to his incompetence. Obviously he will not be the lawyer helping me.
