My practice is focused on all aspects of energy law, with an emphasis on oil and gas litigation and regulatory matters in front of the Texas Railroad Commission. I represent operators, landowners, wastewater treatment companies, disposal solution providers, and other energy clients in regulatory and litigation matters.
I also work on complex business litigation matters and appeals in the Texas intermediate appellate courts, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
