Kendall Lauren Bryant

I grew up in Oklahoma and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma where I majored in Accounting. I attended the University of Oklahoma School of Law where I was on the Dean’s Honor Roll and participated in VITA, a program where I completed income tax returns for persons in need. After graduation, I moved to Austin, where I have been practicing continuously since 2009 with a focus on civil litigation. I have represented business owners in a variety of industries and types of disputes, both as plaintiffs and defendants. 

I have tried many cases to judgment and have frequently represented clients through the appeals process. I also have experience with creditors’ rights and debt collection including bank garnishments, writs of attachment, and other post-judgment remedies.

I am a member of State Bar of Texas, Consumer and Commercial Law Section, the Austin Bar Association, the Austin Young Lawyers Association, and Preservation Austin and Inherit Austin. I am also involved with Volunteer Legal Services of Central Texas, where I have provided pro bono legal services on family law matters.

I am admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States District Court – Western District of Texas, and the United States Tax Court.
