It won’t happen overnight but you will win with J Evans!

Mr. Evans,a beacon of hope to me at a time when my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nigh on impossible. I wasn’t going to cower to false accusations. Not only was he able to defend me from an unjust accusation, his strong yet empathetic demeanor offere...d emotional succor to my case. I am truly eternally grateful for his service and I hereby recommend Mr.Jon Evans , at Lusk & Evans Law ! I do so without reservation. -ACH Be patient with your attorney. Have faith, listen to their advice, do as they say, and do your part by not getting into more trouble!

100% Hire Mr Evans of Lusk&Evans

Mr.Evans tho hard to get a hold of, sticks to his word. You have to remember that legal cases often take years. He was reassuring and very nice.He is professional and respected by judges. My case took a little over a year to finalize.Charges were dropped. There us is denying he's a beast!Law is convolute...d and time consuming.Expect it to take time.If you're calling for an update when your court dates are being pushed back - then its a waste of time to tell you there isn't an update. You can search to see your court dates been rescheduled.A DWI is an easy dismissal and you should be so happy to not have probation etc.Be smart.Hire the attorney who is working and not swindling you.

Worse Attorney ever!

This attorney pretty much did NOTHING to help my cousin who was convicted and charged with murder to his child that he loved very much! He would never kill his baby that he was so proud of! They never check the other parent/ baby mother who left the 3 month baby with the young father and went out of ...town to party. The baby could have already been hurt when she left that baby both parents were young parents and shouldn’t have had a child in the first place! Nevertheless, There was no investigation done on the mother or the folks who had the baby the night before! Horrible appointed attorney! Justice was done, He should be bared!

Do not hire Mr. Evans.

I too received a DWI about 7 months ago so my father hired Mr Evans. Im sure Mr. Evans has not clue who I am, and has not failed to review my case. On SEVERAL difference occasions I've tried to contact Mr. Evans, his secretary told me he would call me, and he failed to do so. The one time I happened ...to get in contact with him, he was very rude, and had not clue about my case so he informed me I would have to make an appointment with him. This is my first offense, and I've been in limbo for 7 months because of Mr Evans lack of concern for my case. I know Mr. Evans is a busy man and he has other cases to handle but I would NEVER recommend Mr. Evans unless you would like your case to be out on hold. I feel that he put me on the bottom of his priority list. I am Very dissatisfied with mr Evans and his staff. And would not recommend him.

Doesn't pay attention to DWI clients

Mr. Evans came recommended to me, so I hired him to represent me in a DWI case. I have no doubt that he can be a great attorney for those clients with high profile and more serious cases, however he did not put much effort into representing me. I would call him to inquire about the status of my cas...e, hearing dates that I needed to know about, etc., and he would not call me back. I had no idea what was going on in my case, and I couldn't get the information from anyone else since I had an attorney. It came to the point that I had to physically drive 40 minutes to his office to be able to speak with him for 5 minutes. I was scared at the time, but now I know that this was totally unacceptable.
