TERRIBLE at returning phone call
I have tried and tried to get in touch w/Mr Hernandez and he swears he's working on my case. He never answers his call and when he does, he's very short and is "working on it" but the court papers show otherwise. I'm very dissapointed with the representation of this lawyer.
I hired Mr. Jesus Gabriel Hernandez to represent me in court and he was very unproffesional and rude the whole time. I would ask him questions about my case and he would give me the runaroung all the time. At one point he lied to me and told me that my court date was on a certain date and it wasn't ....
