The Best

Over the years I have had dealings with many of attorneys and I can honestly say that Jeff is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He's conscientious, and takes care of your case as if his own interests were at stake. He's professional, always answered my calls and takes the time to discuss the b...est course to take. Everything was done timely and efficiently. I couldn't be happier with the result. I wish they were all like Jeff. The best decision I made was to use him for all my legal needs.

Poetic Justice

I hired Mr.Benjamin in 2007 after become a victim of a real estate scam. The individual that defrauded me was a real estate attorney and when I first sought justice, I had a difficult time finding an attorney that would even take on my case. Mr.Benjamin was professional and accessable throughout th...e entire 3 years that we were in litigation. This case eventually went to trial where this defendent was found guilty by a jury on 3 fraud charges and 1 breach of fiduciary duty charge. Mr.Benjamin remained as dedicated from the first day I met him to the last day of the trial. He is a real advocate for the underdog and I was extremely satisfied with his service.
