I had 2 cases and contacted this attorney. At first he was attentive, gave me a reasonable price, and I hired him for my first case which he basically did the same thing I could have done if I showed up in court myself. This attorney does not fight for his clients and allowed the company that sued ...me to steal the money which already had been garnished. He doesnt defendant his client's best interest. I hired him for a 2nd case because he promised an affordable fee. He takes long to give you a retainer so he can charge extra once your case begins giving you no choice but to continue paying to avoid judgments on your credit report. He gives you one price and you end up paying double. In my case, I ended up paying him more than I was being sued for and he ended up not showing up in court despite pressuring me for my payment; a judgment was entered against me then he pressured me to sign the other agreement he made over the phone with the other attorney's giving me no choice but to cough up an additional 1800 and accept an agreement that made me the loser. He does no research on the case and if I wouldnt have done my own research of obtaining proof from court etc he would not have had any paperwork on the case. I would not recommend this attorney. He is disorganized and has an assistant which is also his secretary who does most of his contacts and paperwork for him. Doesnt return phone calls or emails once he gets paid. I lost the money that had been garnished because he did not negotiate it into the settlement and basically forced me into a settlement claiming he would have to charge me another 3500 to continue working on my case for which I already had paid him 3800 in addition to what I paid on the 1st case he worked in in which he made me lose money I had already paid that company as well as if his clients money isnt worth anything.
