Gabi is an excellent attorney. She had my best interests in mind and was always up front and honest with me during the various ups and downs during my case. She has a down to earth attitude and knew where I was coming from. Quick with a joke or a laugh she helped the whole process feel less intimida...ting. Watching her in action in the court room is amazing. It was like watching a beautiful piece of art get created in fast forward. An out-of-state traffic ticket I forgot to take care of became a nightmare situation when it snowballed into a suspension of my license. I was pulled over and charged with a DWI when I was visiting a friend in Austin. I lived out of state at the time and was recommend to Gabi from a friend who had previously been charged with a DWI --- but ---- after hiring Gabi, his case was dismissed. He had nothing but good things to say about her,... so I gave her a call. Within less than 24 hours, I was in Gabi's office discussing my case. From the moment I met Gabi, I could immediately tell she not only knew the law well, but cared about her clients. During our first meeting, she was very helpful and even encouraged me to speak with other attorneys before making a final decision of whether to hire her. While I did visit with some attorneys, some with slightly lower fees, I ultimately chose Gabi and I'm so thankful that I did. By the relationship I had with Gabi, you would never know we were actually more than 500+ miles apart. Every phone call, email, text, whatever it be that I communicated to Gabi, she responded within 24 hours or less. She was easily reachable, answered any questions I had, and took the time to explain things in whatever level of detail I needed. At one point in my case, I needed some paperwork to submit to an employer about the status of my case. You'd think me being 500+ miles away, might prevent Gabi from getting the paperwork to me in a timely matter.... but nope, she had digital copies sent right away and hard copies Fedex'd, tracked, and at my doorstep within 48 hours. I know many potential clients will likely not live out of state, however, I think it's good to share my story, because if you are a busy working individual, you can take comfort in knowing Gabi will do everything she can, in order to avoid you having to miss any days from work or your family. Ultimately, my case was dismissed and I'm not sure it would have been, had it not been for the excellent representation of Gabi. She is someone you want on your side. The legal process may take longer than you want, but Gabi doesn't settle when she knows she can get better results for you! Every penny I spent was well worth it. I, like my friend who recommended Gabi, have nothing but excellent things to say of her.
