Hateful and lazy

This man doesn't care for his clients at all. I don't understand why he would have chosen this field when he hates the people he represents. He "lost" the paperwork I had signed to waive my arraignment, and it took another two months before I saw him, only to realize that i had to sign ANOTHER waiver... of arraignment because this incompetent man never turned in the first one. I truly believe I would not have had to waste 15 months of my life sitting in jail if I had the money to pay for an attorney...hell, even if I had ANY other court appointed attorney, things would have been so much better.

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"I endorse this lawyer. Attorney Rosen has over three decades of experience. He is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable about Texas criminal law, and consistently obtains favorable results for clients. He fights for his clients. In the case with which I worked with Attorney Rosen, he did an amazing job of fighting against incredible odds at trial and refused to back down no matter what curve ball the prosecutor threw at him. He was impressive."

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
