Look no further, Colin Newberry of the Hay Legal Group is your man for legal troubles! Colin did two awesome things for us: 1) Took on a pain-in-the-butt legal issue involving land and a psycho lady AFTER a previous attorney had charged us a great deal of money for absolutely no result, and both m...y husband and I had tried for months to deal with psycho lady ourselves in a reasonable manner with no result either; and 2) Not only drew up the appropriate paperwork and advised us properly on our screwed circumstances involving psycho lady simply not wanting to take our money for her interest in the land, but somehow got psycho lady to show up, take the money she was owed, and sign the paperwork so we could move on with our lives. This might all sound simple, but I assure you, this problem lasted for close to 2 years and cost us much time, money, and stress (trying having psycho lady calling and texting you at all hours of the day and night). All this while I was going through breast cancer. If my hero Colin had not shown up and literally rescued us from our legal dilemma, I don't know what I would have done.
