Claire and her staff are extremely rude and condescending. Forget empathy, she won't care a word un...til you pay her full ridiculous amount. Talk to any other lawyer around your case and you will realize there are way better options.

Claire was appointed to me. She was nice and understanding. I was falsely accused of a felony assault that was a clear self defense case. She stood up to the district attorney on my behalf. Despite my genuine efforts to communicate, reaching out over 11 times in a short span of two days, I never succeeded in speaking with anyone to address my concerns. This left me questioning their commitment to client communication. My experience was in stark contrast to another Education attorney I later consulted, who not only exhibited professionalism but also secured a favorable outcome for my situation. I'd advise those seeking legal help to consider all options and reviews (even those that might mysteriously disappear). It's essential to find a firm that values transparency, communication, and truly prioritizes client well-being over monetary gain. To provide some context: I initially chose to write anonymously due to concerns about potential repercussions. Given the power dynamics in the legal field, I felt it was prudent to exercise caution.
