Claire and her staff are extremely rude and condescending. Forget empathy, she won't care a word un...til you pay her full ridiculous amount. Despite my genuine efforts to communicate, reaching out over 11 times in a short span of two days, I never succeeded in speaking with anyone to address my concerns. This left me questioning their commitment to client communication. My experience was in stark contrast to another Education attorney I later consulted, who not only exhibited professionalism but also secured a favorable outcome for my situation. I'd advise those seeking legal help to consider all options and reviews (even those that might mysteriously disappear). It's essential to find a firm that values transparency, communication, and truly prioritizes client well-being over monetary gain. To provide some context: I initially chose to write anonymously due to concerns about potential repercussions. Given the power dynamics in the legal field, I felt it was prudent to exercise caution.
