All Charges Stayed, Thank You Christopher Holub

I was charged for DWI in Travis county. After watching my Sobriety Test on video, Prosecutors offered a list below. 15 months deferred adjudication + complete an assessment+ recommended classes with Travis County Counseling Education + complete the MADD panel course + have an ignition interlock ...for six months + 60 community service hours + and the court costs. In the whole list Mr. Christopher could brought down from 15 months of deferred adjudication to 12 months. I am very confident if I were defending myself "I" would have done better then him. Now I am stuck with all these charges. Stay away.

GREAT Lawyer

Got 2 charges dropped, and the other felony got reduced to a misdemeanor. Great lawyer, and trust worthy guy. He was actually assigned to me as a court appointed attorney, so thank you and you did a great job.

Not your average lawyer

Perceptions can be misleading. And regarding Christopher Holub's tenacious and patient representation in my case, I am glad that is the case. Let me tell you a story. I have been arrested about 25 times in Austin. Many times I have suffered reprisal from previous interactions with APD. And s...o, navigating through the court system with that kind of record can be nerve wracking to say the least, especially when you're potentially facing 10 years in prison. Another important thing to note is that Chris was my court-appointed attorney. Having faced so much trouble, I have often paid for high dollar attorneys who are usually really good. I have learned a lot after being a victim of APD and their antics and who is good and how to get results. He has been as good as anyone I've ever used. And he takes a personal interest in your case. He is in the top tier of some very talented attorneys in Austin. If you are looking for an attorney who will stick by his client and support and achieve the client's wishes, Chris is your guy. He just got my felony DWI dismissed. No fines, no court cost. Out right dismissed. I just wanted to put in a good word, and dispel the myth about court-appointed attorneys. It's a shame we have to celebrate being dismissed of crimes we did not commit, and also a shame we have to have people, or attorneys, who will sometimes sell-out their clients, even if they are innocent. Trust me, as someone who has been there. I would hire Chris Holub in a heartbeat for a felony or misdemeanor.
