Christopher Scott Cummings

I was involved in a 'hit and run' by a drunk driver. Luckily I was able to get the license plate number of that driver to the police. I had never been in a situation like this before. Her insurance company called me the next day and tried to settle with me over the phone. I had not even seen a doctor... yet. I contacted my friend who was currently undergoing his own legal case and asked him about his lawyer. From there, I was put in touch with Attorney Cummings. Chris Cummings met with me a couple days later and we discussed the issue. He made me feel comfortable, even protected where I had felt vulnerable since the day of the wreck. Chris kept up with me throughout the proceedings of this case and could not have been more professional. To say this man had my back, would be a complete understatement. Every single time there was movement in the case, or he needed information from me, I would hear from him in real time. I expected this case to go on for months if not a year. However, in a fraction of that time, Chris had already settled the case. The settlement was incredible. Especially compared to what the insurance company tried to get me to agree to. I was blown away once I heard how this man played hard ball and had my back and the numbers back it up. I am just like most other guys. I was unsure about needing legal representation and even a little weary of lawyers in general. However, after dealing with Chris, I realized that he prevented me from being taken advantage of. I didn't realize just how much I stood to lose had I not had his help. I hope I never find myself in a situation where I need legal representation again. Although, if there comes a time when I do, I'd be remiss if I even thought about going to anyone else. Attorney Christopher Cummings was kind, attentive, great at his job and got results. You would be hard pressed to find anyone as good as this man.
