Reality check. I never would have thought the day would come that I would need an employment lawyer. When it did, I could not have been more blessed when I was referred to Charles to represent my case for Over-time (FLSA), Age Discrimination and Gender Discrimination. He was ready, willing and mu...ch more than capable to represent me. I live a couple hundred miles from his offic, so during a scheduled trip, planned prior to my case, he took personal time out to meet me and discuss the case. Totally not expected, I had planned to drive to his office. From our introduction phone call to the settlement of the case I felt I was always a priority and not a bother or just another client. I was always kept abreast of every step in the process and every decision/option available for each decision that was needed to be made. I appreciate Charles communicating in total honesty, even when it was not an easy conversation for us to have. I greatly respect his matter a fact approach even though it was not always enjoyable. It did allow me to maintain realistic expectations. Resulting in a very positive and satisfying outcome for myself. I very strongly recommend Charles to any and everyone that thinks, believes or feels they have an employment claim. The absolute greatest in my book!!!
