The second toughest part of my arrest (first getting through a night in jail) was to choose an attorney. An error in judgement resulted in a DWI for me earlier this year. It was my first (and last) mistake of this nature, and I was mortified. I found myself at the police station late on a Thursday night in an unfamiliar and unforgiving environment.
