Everyone makes mistakes. Some of us make ones that put us in the position of needing a criminal lawyer. It's a sad day and something that most of us feel a lot of shame over and fear intensely. Long story short, it's a horrific experience. I literally would sit up nights crying dreading meeting my la...wyer and how they would see me and my failure. Carl was phenomenal. I absolutely felt like I was sitting down for coffee with a friend rather than someone who was judging me. He was easy-going, friendly, and honest. I was so grateful for the level of respect that was shown and the generally nice demeanor throughout the whole process (that I was genuinely so terrified of) that I cannot do anything but scream his praises and recommend him over and over. To anyone that is scared of this process or wants a lawyer that they can trust to not only to do the job of negotiating your future (and is well-known in the courthouse-- which we all know is a major plus in Travis county) but will make you feel comfortable as well, this is your guy. I absolutely cannot recommend Mr. Gosset enough and I would give him more than 5 stars if I could.
