Alejandro Martinez

Alejandro is a lifelong Texan. He was born and raised in San Antonio, attended college at the University of Texas at Austin and law school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

Upon earning his law license, Alejandro worked as a prosecutor for the Dallas City Attorney’s Office and Williamson County Attorney’s Office for 4 years before deciding to open his own criminal defense practice. 

As a prosecutor, Alejandro handled thousands of criminal cases, honing his skills in case evaluation, negotiation, trial preparation, and trial. Further, he is extremely well-versed in the techniques and thought processes of the prosecution. Alejandro utilizes his comprehensive understanding of Texas criminal prosecutions to fight for his clients. His background is your strength; if there is a legal problem with your case, Alejandro will find it.

Alejandro is proud to defend clients throughout Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop and Caldwell counties. This includes the cities of Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander, San Marcos, Bastrop, Lockhart and more. He believes that everyone is entitled to a zealous defense and he uses his knowledge and experience to make sure that's exactly what his clients get.  

In his free time, Alejandro enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his friends and family, including his pup “Bella.”
