Great lawyer, went above and beyond to make sure he could do anything to get me a fair chance in the system. Always made sure to remind me of everything going on in my case, and got me a plea deal I never expected. He got my DWI reduced and made sure I knew everything I had to do and had every answer... to all my questions in a timely manor.

I had never been in any sort of legal situation before and was in a pretty scary situation with the charges I was being faced with. Mr. Martinez was appointed as my public defender and, though I was paranoid and overwhelmed, he remained calm and collected, told me exactly what I needed to do and expl...ained the workings of the case.
