The person that wrote if you want to accept a plea he's the Lawyer was absolutley correct. My husband accepted a plea received jail time and almost paid about 10,000.00 for his services. He lacks in communication skills, fails to return phone calls and does not keep you updated on status of case. Y...ou actually have to call him over and over again. Seemed very unconcerned with the outcome of case. One thing he did not forget and that was to ask for money. Things that were said at the hearing was irrelevant to case but he allowed it and did not object to anything. I suggest if you are not holding a bag of money or highly educated do not use this Lawyer. This lawyer was recommended to me and I failed my husband.
