Gerald Winters

Gerald Winters graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, Indiana in December 2013.  Gerald specializes in tax planning, estate planning, elder law, and business law and consulting services for small to medium sized businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individuals.  In addition to being an attorney, Gerald has earned a Master of Business Administration and is a certified public accountant.  Gerald’s education and background in tax planning, accounting, auditing, business consulting allows him to provide his clients not only with tax, audit, and accounting support, but also broad experience in assisting clients in improving effectiveness in all areas of his clients’ businesses.  He has more than twenty years of experience in financial management, tax, and business consulting.

Gerald prides himself on his ability to truly listen to his clients and to translate their vision into plans that meet their desires and expectations.  He appreciates the unique composition of each client, and knows firsthand that thoughtful, creative customized planning can maximize both financial security and harmony therein.  Gerald resides in Valparaiso with his wife Carmen, and their daughter Grace.  Carmen also works with Gerald in his legal practice.
