John Patrick Green

John Green represents clients across the state of Texas. Mr. Green was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He comes from a family with a long history in law enforcement and grew up saturated in that culture. Intelligent and eager, Mr. Green graduated at the early age of nineteen from Brandman University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. As he became more familiar with the criminal justice system, Mr. Green saw first-hand how a mere accusation can derail someone’s life. This realization sparked his passion for defending the accused and led him to pursue his law degree.

He then moved to Texas, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Green interned with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, the Life Legal Defense Foundation, and the Law Office of Ramos and del Cueto. Mr. Green was on the St. Mary’s Mock Trial team where he was nationally ranked, was a three-time semi-finalist, and the National Regional finalist. As a result of his successes, he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, an exclusive and highly competitive honors society.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Green served Guadalupe County as a prosecutor. There he worked cases from their inception to resolution including jury trial verdicts. Armed with new knowledge and experience in prosecuting cases, Mr. Green joined Ramos & del Cueto as an associate attorney. In 2023, he founded his own law firm on one simple idea: a mere accusation should not ruin one's life. He continues to handle a wide variety of cases including DWI, Intoxication Assaults, Intoxication manslaughter, Family Violence, Assaults, Fraud, Theft, Burglary, Robbery, Murder, and Capital Murder.
