This experience has been challenging for me, particularly due to my representation by Mr. Mendoza. If you seek an attorney characterized by loyalty, diligence, a focus on your case, and the respect of peers, one who attends all court dates and maintains a strong rapport with clients while prioritizin...g their best interests, Mr. Mendoza may not be the suitable choice. Despite initial promises, my case suffered from a lack of attention and accountability. Despite diligently completing requested tasks, such as a Good Guy Packet, the information was not utilized. Mr. Mendoza missed court appearances, demonstrating a failure to uphold his responsibilities. Communication was lacking, with unanswered emails and calls. My experience prompts a cautionary note: Mr. Mendoza's focus seemed more aligned with the prosecution, leaving me dissatisfied. I wouldn't entrust him with representing my hamster, and I strongly advise against allowing Mr. Mendoza to be your legal representative to avoid potential pitfalls. Learn from my experience; choose wisely.

Mr. Mendoza helped me after I got the run-around with another lawyer from San Antonio. Mr. Mendoza is definitely a busy man but that is a reflection of his hard work and determination working in his clients best interest. I was facing a charge that carried 20 years maximum for what I considered self ...defense. Mr. Mendoza kept it real, and that's the reason I am where I'm at today. I believe he kept me well informed through the process and my opinion he seemed very knowledgeable of the law and judicial system. Mr. Mendoza also came to bat for to help me get off probation earlier than expected so I can get back on track with my career. I appreciate his mental fortitude and his consistency to help wherever he can.

This Atty. was appointed to my case, he said he wanted me to let him show me how he would fight for me. Well, After case over , I received the absolute MAX, that I could have gotten. I could have gotten that if I had defended myself, was like if he was not even their, I now believe he was on the pro...secutions side, to persecute me, to throw the book @ me. railroad me to jail. Have dealt w/ other lawyers before, and this was the worse, and i would not recommend him. He clearly does not care about the client.
