Arturo A. Guzman

One of the main issues I had in dealing with Mr. Guzman was his lack of communication. After long struggles to connect via email and phone with Mr. Guzman, he addressed me in an unprofessional manner. He does not take corrective criticism well and would avoid me when I was trying to address issues.... I had to write two certified letters to get his attention and have him acknowledge my requests. Very important parts of my case were overlooked, omitted or otherwise ignored to my disadvantage and I did not believe I was properly/fairly represented. I found him to be unsupportive, uncooperative, and inconsiderate to what my desires and needs were. Decisions were made without my knowledge. I was never explain his plan of action but he always made sure we got our bill. Upon asking him to withdraw, he refused to return my outstanding balance and documents. I believe Mr. Guzman exacerbated my case. I would not recommend this lawyer.

He will not call you back, at best you might talk to one of the ladies at the front desk but be warned.. they give no answers and are more busy running the daycare out of the office then taking care of the clients he has. They will ask for more money at time they disagree with you. If you say you wan...t a certin thing he will try to talk you into whatever he feels is better for you. He also doesn't like to be told he is wrong and he went behind our backs and talked to the opposing counsel and tried to make deals that we never discussed. Just all around a bad lawyer and person.
