Knowledgeable Attorney

Josh handled all the issues associated with my divorce with expertise and professionalism. I had so many questions, and he was very patient and explained things in a way that made me understand. He brought up things that I never thought to do or ask. He helped prepare me for my mediation ahead o...f time so I felt ready. Divorce is not a fun thing to endure, but Josh made it as easy as he could, and I felt supported the whole time. I would highly recommend Josh Culp for any divorce needs.

Absolutely more than I could've asked for in an Attorney. Don't wait, call him now.

Josh Culp was my attorney in a very emotional and difficult case, but I have to say I would've never chosen another lawyer to work with in a million years. He's beyond proffesional, intelligent, and absolutely respectful when it comes to fighting for you, in any kind of case. The whole staff I dealt ...with at the law firm, was an absolute pleasure as well, they make you feel as if you are part of their own little family, and those things certainly matter when to comes to situations dealing with your family. Josh spent countless hours with me making sure he understood where I stood on the situation and WHY I stood there. He wanted to understand my flexibilities and absolutes, and it was definitely not a situation that ever for a second made me feel like it was about anything besides his genuine care of how our outcome was (meaning my families) ; not money, not a win or loss, not even this review, it was about me and my family and I knew that from the get go, until the closure which in my case was a 2 year deal (due to petitioner and not us in any way I would like to make a point in saying). I knew I was dealing with someone who didn't have to, but chose to, go out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the mediation deal, never make me feel pressured, always made me feel a part of every part of the process, and in the end, we got EVERYTHING we asked for, plus some. So if you're considering a lawyer or firm I strongly and highly recommend contacting Mr. Culp for your case. He will not let you down.

Great Attorney!

I would hire Josh again in a heartbeat! He and the entire team made me feel so comfortable. He really cared about my case and communicated with me every step of the way. My divorce was a mess when I came to Josh. He took on my case and we were able to settle in mediation. I would highly recommend thi...s him!

If you're a guy and you want a minimum of 50/50 custody, Josh is the right choice!

Let's face it, if you are a guy, the divorce system is against you from the start. I was determined not to let that stop me from maintaining custody of my son. Josh did an awesome job w/ my case. I walked in the door and dropped a bunch of organized and detailed paperwork in his lap and told him I wa...nted to divorce my wife. He took what I gave him and ran with it, keeping me in the loop the entire time he worked my case. We spent 9.5 hours at mediation and walked out the door with an agreement I was OK with. He worked hard to make sure I was able to get that joint custody deal. He always shot me straight. I was determined to get a minimum of joint custody, he knew it and it fueled his determination to work hard for me on my case. Now I get to spend Mon, Tues, and every other weekend with my kid instead of seeing him only every other weekend. I highly recommend Josh and I certainly will use him again when the time comes.
