Jeremiah David Williams

Jeremiah Williams is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about Mr. Williams. He was extremely knowledgable, professional and communicated effectively throughout my whole ordeal. This was the first time I’ve ever gotten in any trouble due to poor judgment on my part. He was upfront from the be...ginning and reassured me that he would get it taken care of and he did just that. He was quick to get started on my case and was able to get my case dismissed and then expunged from my record! I was never more relieved to hear those words. Mr. Williams is an exceptional lawyer and would highly recommend him!

After meeting with other attorney's I decided to go with Jeremiah Williams. He seemed like he was going to fight for me and be very diligent with my case. He was that and more. I was able to get primary custody of my child in a timely manner. He knows the courts and knows exactly what to do and w...hen. I had way more phone calls and emails that he did not charge me for when I received my statement. He always got back to me the same day when I had questions. I know if I need to ever get sole custody that I can count on him to get it.

Well, I pre-judged and wrongfully accused him of not working in our favor. In his response, Jeremiah remained professional and maintained his intergrity while dealing with my family and I. I would urge you to pass this lawyer up. Jeremiah lacks integrity. He has so many bad reviews including mine, I’m not sure how he has 4 stars! We hired him in a cps case, was a solid one. He didn’t explain or talk to us before we had mediation, infact started yelling at us. He basically seemed to... want HS to take the easy way, to agree to unethical things… etc. He showed a huge lack of integrity. We hired another lawyer and FIRED Mr. Williams… needless to say we won our case and never even went to trial. Praise God!

Williams represented me in a real estate lawsuit. He also represented my managing broker, but failed to disclose the conflict of interest. At trial, shifted allegiance from my broker and me to the broker alone. He ATTACKED me in court, prejudicing the jury and causing me to lose my case. Mr. Williams... gross malfeasance caused me to suffer a huge civil judgment and lose my job. He betrayed my confidence and lied about me in court and in deposition. In my malpractice suit against him, he lied in deposition and in court documents and kept putting us off until he bled me dry financially. He took the low road again for a third time when I took him before the Texas State Bar Chief Disciplinary Counsel where he lied again in filed court documents. I finally scored a small win when the CDC gave him a reprimand. Bottom line, unless you want to lose complete faith in all attorneys everywhere, stay as far away from Jeremiah Williams as possible.
