I had an ongoing custody modification case out of PA, although I was a TX resident. Erena filed a motion to have my case closed out in PA and to have a hearing in TX which she did so successfully. After spending money on flights, and lawyers out of state I just wanted the back and forth to finally ce...ase and be resolved. The Pearson law firm did just that, I received exclusive rights to relocate with my child without having to go back to court every time we relocate to another post. Ronel was a wonderful help all my calls and emails were answered promptly. When Erena had a prior engagement prior to my court hearing, Mr. Pearson stepped in and up for her representing me in court. If anything ever arises without a doubt in my mind I know who to call!!

She does not answer emails. She does not answer phone calls. She never follows up. As a single mom I paid her $2,500 for child support modification. I did all the work! All she did was tell my ex husband's lawyer what I told her. I'm so over this office (Miller and Pearson). I hired Mr. Pearson beca...use he had amazing reviews and I knew a few of his passed clients, but this guy gave my case to this ignorant woman who could care less about her clients!! Everytime I'd email her she either never responded or would say sorry she was in court all day, and still not answer any concerns or questions that I had. If I could sue her I would for all the emotional stress and anxiety she's caused me. Do not hire her, these other reviews about how she's so fantastic are probably from family members and friends of hers, her true clients know exactly the type of attorney she is.

A agreement divorce without controversy of property and custody she could took about one and half year with mistake still not well done. At biginning she was nice and works quickly. Then later my case just stucked for a long time for no reason. No answer no return calls. She ignored my request and co...ntraction for a long time until final hearing done. I never see the agreement draft until the judge and lawyers sign on the final decree. I feels like she was work for other party. I finally lost property and other item missing. Very bad experience with her.

As a domestic violence survivor I was very anxious during the whole process of the divorce. There were concerns I had that I was able to share with Erena.
