We hired Ms. Barton to handle a case involving a corrupt trustee and elder abuse. The case was time sensitive, as an eviction was pending. She said repeatedly that it was a simple case and we had nothing to worry about, only to find out two weeks from the eviction deadline that she had still done n...o work on the case! We had to get a different lawyer in a hurry. She was totally unresponsive to the victim's needs and to the tenant family's needs, which were both urgent.
