Is there an option for negative stars?

Garrett does not answer calls, texts, emails, or messages of any kind and has not contacted me in 2 months. He only showed up to court today after one of the officials called asking where he was. He has given out fake address (like the one tied to this account of his) and will not say where to find h...im. He has failed to relay pertinent information to my case which could have serious implications on me. He is a terrible lawyer and is seriously sketchy.
