Lazy attorney with too many personal problems who is not responsive

AMAZING ATTORNEY
even though she had many cases going she gave us her all when needed. answered in a timely manner and kept us informed at each step. start to finish in 6.5 months. previous atty killed of an entire 9 months and did nothing. Dawn swept up his mess and got us positive results.

Dawn Korman kept my full retainer without doing the work I hired her to do, did not respond to calls, emails, letters or faxes, refused to return my file originals and has refused to invoice me for what she applied by retainer fee on.
