San Juan E. Gonzales

I spoke with Juan Gonzalez one evening at lowes Home improvement store, in November 2014. Briefly discussed my case with him. Juan then asked me to go by his office in Edinburg Texas. I went to his office, two weeks later. Still in November 2014. After waiting to see him for over an hour and half. I ...was approached by a lady that advised me that I had to pay a 45.00 dollar consulting fee before Juan could see me. I told her that I had to go back to work and requested an appointment during my lunch hour, or a phone number to call when I had more time to wait in the waiting room. The lady said she would go to speak with him. She came back and said, that if I couldn't wait for him that there were other attorney's in the valley that could assist me. I thank her for her time and will never go back.

March 18, 2014 meeting and a Will was promised within 3 weeks. May 6, 2014 my follow up inquiry met with a request to pay an $800 flat fee. That fee was paid the same day. Thereafter on July 21, 2014 Gonzalez billed me an added $1100 with threats of criminal trespass to is office. As of August 4, 201...4 the Will has never been completed, my confidential documents not returned and the $800 paid has not been refunded as requested.
